However you will be required to pay any customs, duty or other taxes charged by the destination country before the package can be delivered or collected. Any orders that are returned/rejected because of unpaid charges will be refunded minus any shipping costs we incur.

Free returns and exchanges
We provide free returns and exchanges for United States based customers within 30 days of the date of order. Contact us and we’ll email you a free return shipping label. Shipping of replacement items is also free (so you can be sure those clothes fit correctly).
Items must be returned in a like-new condition (e.g. tags must not be removed). Refunds or replacements will be issued on receipt and inspection of the original items.
